We evolved from our sister company, respected headhunters Robinson Keane Search & Selection, and therefore apply processes of the quality typically found within executive search.
For example:
- Our consultants are trained to assess and challenge the client brief to ensure its likelihood of success.
- We apply rigorous standards of candidate evaluation, assessing their skill base, managerial competency and cultural fit, as well as ensuring that we fully understand their motivations for taking a new role.
- We take referencing very seriously, recognising the importance of third party comments to ensure a successful and long-term fit for both the client and the candidate.
